How much does a charter bus cost in San Francisco?

The price of your San Francisco charter bus rental will be dependent on factors like when you’re traveling, where you’re traveling, how long you’re traveling, and the size of your group. Since pricing factors will vary from trip to trip, the only way we can provide a 100% accurate price is when you call 415-404-6456. A San Francisco Charter Bus Company representative will take your trip details and generate a customized bus rental quote for your group.

What’s included in a rental price quote?

Your charter bus rental quote will include your hourly or daily rental rate for your bus, pay for your driver, full coverage insurance, fuel, and mileage. Your quote will not include things like parking, road tolls, or a tip for your driver.

Do I need to provide a deposit for my rental?

You’ll be required to put down a deposit equal to 10% of your total rental cost at the time of booking. Your rental must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the start of your trip.
